WAYNE For Guinea Pigs

Normal physical activity and development during the various stages of growth of the guinea pig, will depend on the their diet. 80% of guinea pig’s traditional diet is comprised of grass and some weeds, supplemented at times with kitchen leftovers and some vegetables. That kind of diet does not provide the animal with the necessary nutrients for proper growth and subsequent reproduction. In fact, a poor diet might cause low birth rates and make the animals become prone to illness.
